<h3>Sweetfire Salad</h3>
<p>• 1 12 oz. bag Rainbow Salad (Broccoli Slaw)<br />
• 1 large Vidalia Onion<br />
• 3 Tablespoons Virgin Olive Oil<br />
• 1 diced red pepper<br />
• 2 cucumbers peeled &amp; diced<br />
• 1 10 oz. bag frozen corn, thawed<br />
• 4 Roma tomatoes diced<br />
• 2 Tablespoons capers<br />
• 1 Tablespoon lime juice<br />
• 2 teaspoons salt<br />
• 1 teaspoon pepper<br />
• 1 jar Sweetfire Salsa<br />
• 1/8 cup chopped basil (roll up &amp; cut into thin ribbons)</p>
<p>Sauté the Rainbow Salad and onion in the olive oil until tender crisp. Let cool for 3 hours. Add all other ingredients except the chopped basil</p>

<p>• 1 bag Scoops Tortilla Chips<br />
• Shredded Cheddar Cheese<br />
• Sweetfire Salsa</p>
<p>Place tortilla chips on a paper plate. Spoon Sweetfire Salsa into the scoops and top with shredded cheese. Microwave for about 20 seconds or until the cheese melts.</p>

<h3>Sweetfire Chicken</h3>
<p>• 4 chicken breasts<br />
• Garlic Salt<br />
• Pepper<br />
• Sweetfire Salsa</p>
<p>Season the chicken with garlic salt &amp; pepper. Place chicken breasts in large zip-lock bag and add about 1 cup of Sweetfire Salsa. Let chicken marinate in refrigerator for about an hour (Marinating time can be longer if you have the time). Place chicken breasts in baking pan and pour the remaining salsa on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve. (Can be grilled on charcoal grill instead of baking in oven.)</p>
